Terms & Conditions

All guests that stay at Shyka House agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions about the terms, please contact us for clarification.

Cancellation Policy

We realize that plans can change, and you may need to cancel (or change) your reservation.  If you find you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.  Cancellations made 1 month prior to check in will receive 100% refund.  Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to check in will receive 50% refund.  Cancellations made under 2 weeks before check in will receive 25% refund.

Damage Liability

We do not require cleaning or damage deposits. We will, however, hold the person that booked the house liable for any damage or excessive cleaning charges that occur during their stay.

No Smoking

We ask that you please do not smoke inside the home, but feel free to smoke outside.
